At AB Watches, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for any unused and unworn products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return Requirements
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
Clearly mention the reason for the return or exchange.
Products that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for returning the product using a traceable courier service or registered post at their own expense.

Refunds
Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method where applicable.
Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please mention the product you would like to receive when returning your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
